Adam Gage-Brown

Acting Head Coach

I have always been drawn to the enjoyment of tennis.

I grew up in the Coromandel playing tennis once a week. As I made my way up through the age grades I started training in Hamilton where I ended up at boarding school to give myself greater opportunity to develop my game and keep having fun. During this time I competed both nationally and internationally. I was even lucky enough to represent New Zealand in the Junior Davis Cup. After high school, an athletics scholarship landed me at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where I competed as a Division 1 student-athlete for 4 years while acquiring my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Accounting.

I have been coaching on the side since I completed a Tennis New Zealand coaching course in 2012 and in that time have worked with all age and skill levels to share both my technical knowledge and love for the game. When the introduction was made with the team here at Kiwi Tennis I jumped at the opportunity to get back out on court and coach those who are keen to learn and compete in the sport that I love.

I look forward to learning your tennis goals and helping you take your game to the next level!
